1. HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
The shipping fee will be calculated at checkout. If your orders are over 180 SAR，you can enjoy free shipping.

2. WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM?
Most items ship from our partnered factories located in China. A few products ship from our Cooperative warehouse located in Saudi Arabia.

3. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Order processing time takes 3-5 business days before shipment. Deliveries take usually 12 to 15 days! However, due to the distance between countries, slow postal services, and shipping delays it can sometimes take up to 1 month. 4. MY ORDER HAS NOT ARRIVED YET? EVEN AFTER YOUR PROMISED "1 MONTH" WHY?
While some parcels can arrive early, some others may experience shipping delays, . If it does not arrive by 4 weeks upon ordering, we can help reship your order or refund guaranteed! 😊

5. I HAVE RECEIVED ONLY PART OF MY SHIPMENT, WHERE ARE THE OTHER ITEMS?
Usually, there will be no fewer pieces.If it happens, please email us with your name and order number.

6. WHAT ABOUT POSSIBLE CUSTOM FEES?
